An authentic 1860’s cabin built and lived in by John Gaskins and his family. John was a legendary pioneer bear hunter, founder of Gaskins Switch and an original settler of Eureka Springs. This historic cabin is the oldest standing structure in Carroll County, Arkansas. The owners share a desire to carry out the Gaskin family legacy - to host a comfortable inviting place for guests to dine on delicious food, and drink excellent wine, while relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace and sharing treasured moments - just like in the cabin's beginning years.
